Congratulations to our All-Region Band Qualifiers! They put on an outstanding concert on Saturday at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center alongside the best high school musicians in the Permian Basin. Great job to these hard working students! Congratulations to Thayne Gernentz for being named to the Texas All-State Band!!!! This honor is only achieved through several very tough auditions. Less than 1% of high school musicians that begin this audition process at the region level go on to be named an All-State musician. He will travel to San Antonio on February 7 to rehearse with the other all-state musicians and will perform in a concert at the Lila Cockrell Auditorium on February 10 at 8:30 am in San Antonio. Congratulations to Thayne for achieving this tremendous honor and representing Stanton!
